This Privacy Policy explains how AURA AI ("AURA AI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and AI image generation platform at auraaipk.online (the "Service"). We collect the minimum information needed to run your account, process payments, and generate images.

We do not collect or store your EasyPaisa/JazzCash/SadaPay PIN, mobile banking password, card number, or any banking credentials. Payments happen directly between you and your wallet/bank app — we only receive the transaction reference ID you choose to submit to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create, secure, and maintain your AURA AI account
- To process your prompts and generate the images you request
- To verify payments and credit tokens to your wallet
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access (including bot protection via hCaptcha)
- To respond to support requests and communicate important account or service updates
- To improve and maintain the reliability of the Service
3. AI Image Generation & Third-Party Processing
When you submit a prompt, AURA AI sends that prompt to a third-party AI image generation engine to produce your image. This means your text prompt is transmitted to and processed by infrastructure outside AURA AI's direct control in order to generate the image.
Do not include personal information you consider sensitive (such as full names of third parties, ID numbers, or private details) in your prompts, since prompts are processed by this third-party engine to generate your image.
4. Payment Information
AURA AI currently uses a manual payment verification process. When you select a plan, you send payment directly to our EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or Meezan Bank account and submit your transaction ID through the app. Our team checks this against the payment received and credits tokens to your account once verified. We store the transaction ID and amount you submit for record-keeping and fraud prevention, but we never ask for or store your wallet PIN, JazzCash MPIN, or banking password.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies, browser local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in between visits (authentication session)
- Verify you are not a bot during sign-up and sign-in (hCaptcha)
- Store your generated images locally on your device (IndexedDB) for the Projects gallery
- Remember basic preferences such as your selected art style or aspect ratio
6. Advertising & Google AdSense
AURA AI may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising vendors. These vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other sites on the internet.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. - Authentication & database provider — to store account data and manage secure sign-in
- AI image generation engine — to process prompts and return generated images
- Bot-protection provider (hCaptcha) — to verify human users at sign-up/sign-in
- Advertising partners (e.g. Google AdSense) — to display ads, as described in Section 6
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AURA AI, our users, or others.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) data transmission, secure authentication infrastructure, and bot-detection on login and signup flows. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. Generated images stored locally on your device remain there until you delete them or clear your browser data — we do not control that local storage.
10. Children's Privacy
AURA AI is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age, particularly given the platform processes real payments. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at auraaiofficialpk@gmail.com. You can also stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
