These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AURA AI's website and AI image generation platform at auraaipk.online (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using AURA AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Description of Service

AURA AI is a web-based platform that generates images from text prompts using AI image generation technology. New accounts receive a one-time welcome allocation of free tokens. Additional tokens can be purchased through one-time plan payments, with no recurring subscription billing. Each image generation consumes a fixed number of tokens from your wallet, as displayed in the app at the time of generation.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make payments on AURA AI.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at auraaiofficialpk@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be duplicated for the purpose of abusing welcome-bonus tokens.

4. Tokens, Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Plans are one-time purchases of a fixed token amount — not subscriptions — and unused tokens do not expire.

• Payments are currently accepted via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, and Meezan Bank transfer.
• Because no automated payment gateway is connected, payments are verified manually: you send the exact amount to the account shown in the app and submit your transaction ID. Tokens are credited once our team confirms the payment was received.
• You are responsible for sending the correct amount and submitting an accurate transaction ID. AURA AI is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.
• If an image generation attempt fails due to a technical error, the tokens spent on that attempt are automatically returned to your wallet.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Tokens are a digital good. Once tokens have been successfully used to generate an image, that usage is final and non-refundable. Full details of when refunds may apply (such as duplicate charges or non-delivery of tokens after verified payment) are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AURA AI to generate, request, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal under the laws of Pakistan or any applicable jurisdiction
• Sexualizes, exploits, or otherwise harms minors in any way — this is strictly and absolutely prohibited
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
• Depicts real, identifiable individuals in a defamatory, deceptive, or impersonating manner (including misleading "deepfake" style content) without their consent
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination against any individual or group
• Infringes the intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights of any third party
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund of remaining tokens, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment for any applicable plan, you own the images you generate using AURA AI, to the extent permitted by applicable copyright law. Please note:

• Images generated on the Free, Basic, and Popular plans are intended primarily for personal, non-commercial use unless the in-app plan description states otherwise at the time of your purchase.
• The Ultimate Pro plan includes a commercial usage license for images generated under that plan, as described in the app at checkout.
• Copyright protection for AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction and is still an evolving area of law. AURA AI makes no guarantee regarding the registrability or enforceability of copyright in AI-generated images.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable law, including with respect to any real people, brands, or copyrighted styles referenced in your prompts.

The AURA AI name, logo, and platform design remain the exclusive property of AURA AI and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Third-Party AI Engine & Availability

Image generation is powered by third-party AI infrastructure. AURA AI does not control, and is not liable for, occasional downtime, content filtering decisions, output variability, or changes made by this third-party infrastructure. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data, profits, or generated content.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or misuse the Service, with or without notice, at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
