Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when token purchases on AURA AI are eligible for a refund. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Tokens are a digital good delivered instantly upon verification, so this policy is necessarily different from refund rules for physical products.
1. Overview
AURA AI plans are one-time token purchases, not subscriptions. Because tokens are a digital good that can be used immediately after being credited, purchases are generally final once tokens have been successfully delivered and used — but there are specific situations below where you are entitled to a refund.
2. Automatic Refunds for Failed Generations
If an image generation fails for a technical reason (server error, timeout, etc.), the tokens spent on that attempt are automatically credited back to your wallet in real time, and you'll see a confirmation toast in the app. You do not need to contact support for this.
3. When You're Eligible for a Refund
You may request a refund of your token purchase (to the original payment method, or as replacement tokens, at our discretion) in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged twice for the same plan due to a technical or submission error.
- Verified payment, tokens not credited: you sent the correct amount, submitted a valid transaction ID, and more than 48 hours have passed with no tokens credited and no response from support.
- Incorrect token amount credited: you received fewer tokens than the plan you paid for.
4. When Refunds Do Not Apply
- Tokens that have already been successfully used to generate one or more images
- Change of mind after a successful purchase or generation
- Submitting an incorrect or unrelated transaction ID
- Sending payment to the wrong account number due to your own error
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Dissatisfaction with the artistic style or quality of a successfully generated image — AI image output can vary and is not guaranteed to match expectations
5. How to Request a Refund

Send a request to auraaiofficialpk@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Include your details
Your registered account email, the plan purchased, the date of payment, your transaction ID, and the payment method used (EasyPaisa / JazzCash / SadaPay / Meezan Bank transfer).
We review & respond
Our team manually checks your payment and account history and replies with a decision, usually within 2–5 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or Meezan Bank account used for payment, or issued as replacement tokens, depending on the situation and at our discretion. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
